Our company is located in Middleburg, PA, the heart of central PA. We are a true 4th generation food processing company. Since 1927, the Troutman name has been known for quality in the meat industry.
Over the years our family meat market expanded to include smoked cheeses. Recently we have added Wagyu Beef to our line of USDA Prime cuts. Our service area is also growing so we can meet the unique needs of fine dining and casual restaurants as well as retail markets and grocery stores looking for quality fresh proteins with dependable supply chains.
