Troutman’s perfectly smoked cheese is minimally processed with the least amount of preservatives as possible. Our cheese is not dipped. We use a cold smoke process with a naturally sweet hickory smoked flavor. Troutman’s has always used this natural labor intensive smoking method … it’s worth the taste difference!
